    The location was perfect for our football match at Marvel Stadium, with plenty of nearby dining options. The staff's warm hospitality and thoughtful anniversary decorations made our stay extra special. We enjoyed the spacious room, lovely pool area, and great facilities. The window seat was a favorite for our little one, making family bonding enjoyable amidst the city's landmarks.

    I had a nightmare with the pillows; they were beyond awful and ruined my sleep. Plus, the bathroom was all frosted glass, giving zero privacy. I just needed a decent night's rest, but it turned into a total letdown.

    Location: the hotel was so close to Bourke Street Mall, Southern Cross Station and Melbourne CBD. I randomly popped in Sbriga Espresso Bar serving some pastries, located just a short stroll away from the venue, it was nice. My room was brand-new and nice styled with a private bathroom😃

    I had a great stay with fantastic value for my money, and the room was both spacious and impeccably clean. The location was perfect for exploring, and the staff were cute and helpful throughout my visit.

    Great location near public transport and nice shops! The pool was fantastic for a winter swim, and the hotel looks brand new. Rooms are stylish and clean, though the bedding could be comfier. A solid stay with plenty of nearby dining options to explore!

    The check-in process was chaotic, with incorrect information given about breakfast and the lounge being unstaffed and uninviting. My experience in the Executive Lounge was disappointing. The canapés were scarce, and the attendant was unhelpful, leaving us hungry. I felt neglected as a guest, which overshadowed the stay.

    The Beautiful Twin Room was spacious with fresh, minimalist decor that created a super cozy atmosphere. The pool, spa, steam room, and gym were very nice facilities, made relaxation effortless after exploring nearby attractions. My experience at breakfast was good, with an excellent variety of options that left me wanting more!
